You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The right of revocation is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us, Phystine OG, Mühle 812, 6863 Egg, Austria, +43 5512 28028, office@phystine.com of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail or a letter sent by post). To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
If you have withdrawn from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Please note that this right of withdrawal only applies to goods that have been used in the course of normal testing. We reserve the right to claim compensation for products that have been used beyond the scope of testing. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed by the customer with other goods.
