Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components for deliveries within the EU. For deliveries to non-EU countries, VAT is not charged, but country-specific import or statutory fees may apply if the "Express" shipping method is selected.
In addition to the prices quoted, we charge the shipping costs listed in the table below as a flat rate per order.

From an order value of 60€ we deliver free of charge to Austria & Germany.
From an order value of 120€ we deliver free of charge to other EU countries as well as Switzerland & Liechtenstein (standard shipping).
The shipping costs are clearly indicated in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
We use our shipping partners DPD, GLS, Austrian Post, Swiss Post & UPS to ship our products.
Information for deliveries to Switzerland & Liechtenstein
With the standard shipping method, we ship all orders once a week, every Wednesday. From this day on, the delivery time is 1-2 working days. Your delivery time will therefore be 3-7 working days, depending on the day you order. If you require faster delivery, you can explicitly switch to express. Express deliveries are dispatched daily. If you qualify for free shipping, your products will be shipped with the standard delivery time as standard.
The flat-rate shipping fee includes statutory VAT. As the VAT on the flat-rate shipping fee is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the flat-rate shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be increased, but only reduced in your favor.
