• Can I use all Phystine products during pregnancy and while breastfeeding?

  Yes, you can safely use all Phystine products during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. If you notice a reaction to one of our natural active ingredients, please stop using it.

• Can teenagers use the deodorants?

  Yes, the deodorants can also be used by teenagers.

• Can I use the deodorant several times a day?

  Yes, you can use the deodorant as often as you like. You may need to use it more often at the beginning than after a few days or weeks, when your sweat odour has naturally regulated itself.

• Can Phystine facial care products be combined with each other?

  Yes, you can combine Face Care No.2 and No.3 with each other. For example, you can use Face Care No.2 in the morning and Face Care No.3 in the evening or vice versa. However, you should not have any skin blemishes or acne when using No.2. You can also apply Eye Essence No.4 as a firming night care around the eyes in the evening for all skin types.

• Can I use the lip balm on other parts of the body besides the lips?

  You can use the lip balm all over the body as a care or wound care stick. Lip care is also ideal for very dry areas, eczema or neurodermatitis.

• Can I get advice on Phystine products?

Deodorants

• Can I use all Deodorants during pregnancy and while breastfeeding?

  Yes, you can safely use all Phystine Deodorants during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. If you notice a reaction to one of our natural active ingredients, please stop using it.

• Can teenagers use the Deodorants?

  Yes, the Deodorants can also be used by teenagers.

• Can I use the Deodorant several times a day?

  Yes, you can use the Deodorant as often as you like. You may need to use it more often at the beginning than after a few days or weeks, when your sweat odour has naturally regulated itself.

• How can I refill the Refill Wood Deodorant Stick?

  As soon as your deodorant is used up, you can simply place your Deodorant Refill on the stainless steel plate and turn the plate all the way down using the twist mechanism. The filling then moves into the wooden stick when the plate is turned down. If it doesn't move down with you, you can simply press the filling carefully into the wooden sleeve with your finger as soon as the plate is at the bottom of the wooden stick and you can no longer turn it any further.

• Does a deodorant variant have a stronger effect against the formation of sweat odour?

  Yes, Deodorant No1 Organic Cypress + Bergamot has a slightly stronger effect on heavy sweating than Deodorant No.2 Organic Orange + Mint.

• Do the Deodorants also work against sweating?

  Both deodorant variants reduce perspiration, but do not prevent it. Sweating is a natural process of the body to equalise temperature and regulate body function. We do not want to prevent this function.

• Does a deodorant variant reduce sweating more?

  Yes, Deodorant No.1 reduces perspiration slightly more than Deodorant No.2.

• Do the deodorants stain clothing?

  Most of our customers would say no. However, as our deodorants contain oil, there may be some residue left on clothing. However, if you leave the deodorant to absorb after use, you should not have this problem. If you do find grease stains on your clothes, they can be washed out with a normal wash without leaving any residue.

• Can the Deodorants also combat the smell of sweat in clothing with synthetic/artificial fibres?

  Yes, very good indeed! The more often you sweat into your clothes with a Phystine Deodorant, the better the sweat odour, which is often already trapped in clothing with plastic content, is neutralised.

Facial Care

• Can Phystine facial care products be combined with each other?

  Yes, you can combine Face Care No.2 and No.3 with each other. For example, you can use Face Care No.2 in the morning and Face Care No.3 in the evening or vice versa. However, you should not have any skin blemishes or acne when using No.2. You can also apply Eye Essence No.4 as a firming night care around the eyes in the evening for all skin types.

• Do the facial care products leave a greasy film?

  If you have the right Phystine face care for your skin concern, then it will get absorbed quickly. If it stays greasy on your skin, it is not the correct facial care your your skin type.

• Can I apply Make-up over the face care products?

  Yes, you can apply Make-up or Powder without hesitation. You'll soon get the hang of it.

• Can teenagers also use the lifting products?

  Yes, the natural Astaxanthin in Face Care No.3 and Eye Essence No.4 not only has firming properties, but also scavenges free radicals and has an anti-inflammatory effect.

Lip Balm

• Can something happen to my baby/child if it has had the lip balm in its mouth or has bitten it off?

  No, it can't happen as all ingredients are natural and food-safe.

  It is best to use our Face Care No.3 twice a day for blemishes.

  It is best to use our Face Care No.3 twice a day for acne.

• Which facial care is suitable for mature skin?

  Our Anti-Aging Set No.3 is the best combination for mature skin which is normal to oily or impure. Our Anti-Aging Set No.4 is the best combination for mature skin which is dry or very dry. All Anti-Aging products contain natural Astaxanthin, which is the strongest antioxidant available on the market and promotes collagen formation in your skin, thus firming your skin from the inside.

• Which facial care is suitable for very dry skin?

  Face Care No.4 is the perfect match for very dry skin. If needed you can also apply a little bit of the Repair Balm No.3 over night as 2nd layer over your skin.

• Which facial care is suitable for atopic dermatitis?

  Face Care No.4 is the perfect match for very atopic dermatitis. If needed you can also apply a little bit of the Repair Balm No.3 over night as 2nd layer over your skin. If your skin reacts on orange, please use the Acute Care Set, also as facial care.

• Can children also use the lip balm?

  Yes, children and even babies can also use Phystine lip care. It is also perfect for very dry skin, eczema or as a wound care stick.
