Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components for deliveries within the EU. For deliveries to non-EU countries, VAT is not required, but if the “Express” shipping method is selected, country-specific import or statutory fees may apply.

In addition to the stated prices, we charge the shipping costs listed in the table below per order for the delivery.

From an order value of 60€ we deliver to Austria & Germany free of shipping costs.

From an order value of 120€ we deliver free of charge to all other EU countries as well as Switzerland & Liechtenstein (standard shipping).

The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

For the dispatch of our products we use our shipping partners DPD, Austrian Post, Swiss Post & UPS.

Information for deliveries to Switzerland & Liechtenstein
For the Standard shipping method, we ship all orders once a week, every Wednesday. From this day the delivery time is 1-2 working days. Your delivery time will accordingly be 3-7 business days, depending on your order date. If you want a faster delivery, you can explicitly switch to Express. Express deliveries are shipped daily. If you qualify for free shipping, your products will be shipped with the standard transit time by default.

The shipping fee includes the statutory value added tax. Since the VAT on the shipping fee is calculated depending on the purchased goods, it can be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.B. when purchasing books). This means that the shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot get higher, but only lower in your favor.
